The shipping costs include the preparation and packing costs as well as the shipping costs. The preparation costs are fixed, whereas the shipping costs vary according to the total weight of the package. We recommend that you combine all your items into one order. On our end, we are not able to combine two orders placed separately and shipping charges will apply to each of them. Your package is shipped at your own risk, but special attention is paid to fragile items.
Box sizes are customized and your items are properly protected.
For international deliveries, customs fees and/or taxes of different kinds may be required upon final delivery. They do not appear in the prices displayed by the Canadian Store, as our store is not in any way responsible and, consequently, do not manage them at all.
We ship to all European countries with the possibilities of using relay points or post office pick-up, depending on the country.

If you are not satisfied with a purchase, The Canadian Store offers you 14 days to return the item(s) from the date of delivery of the order.

Le Canadian Store then agrees to exchange the item(s) or to issue you a full refund for your purchases, including delivery charges (those paid when ordering), once the item(s) is in our possession.
Of course, our refund or exchange policy only applies to the extent that the product is returned in its original packaging, intact and in perfect condition (showing no evidence of deformation, scratch or crack, and is unopened in regards to food).
Upon receipt of the product, returned at your expense, we will either send you another product in exchange, at our expense, or credit a full refund in the amount of your order (depending on which option you would prefer.)
It is, however, specified that during "Les Soldes", France's official sales weeks, the products bought on sale during this time will be exchanged under the condition that the customer pays for all of the postage during the process, namely the return of the item(s) to be exchanged to the Canadian Store, as well as the re-shipment of the exchanged product(s) to the customer, which will be based on the delivery method (home or through a relay point) that had been chosen during the initial purchase.
No re-shipment of an exchanged product can take place before full payment of the amount of delivery costs to re-ship to the customer (as mentioned above) is paid, as well as the difference in price between the old item that has been exchanged to the new item to be re-shipped (if the new item is more expensive and requires corresponding payment, we will send you an invoice electronically for example). In the case where the 2nd item would be cheaper than the 1st, we will refund you the difference.
If a customer returns all or part of an order to the Canadian Store without our prior knowledge and agreement as explained above, or in spite of a refusal from the Canadian Store for a return or exchange (for reasons of exceeding the return deadline of 14 days, for example, or for any other reason that is considered valid), and is evidenced by the fact that the status of the request for return does not explicitly show this agreement, the customer will then be subjecting himself to the possibility of not seeing his product exchanged or not be refunded (whichever is his request) and to have to bear the shipping costs of re-sending the item(s) to be able to recover them (which would still remain the owner's possession).
Between the 15th and the 30th day, the Canadian Store extends by its choice the satisfaction guaranteed policy and proposes to you a credit, in the amount of your purchase, to your account, valid on all the products of the site and with a limited duration in time (at the discretion of the Canadian Store, depending on the time of year or the products concerned.)
Beyond the 30th day, no request for refund, exchange or credit of purchased products will be accepted and/or will not give rise to any financial contribution (apart from the legal guarantee applicable on the specific products concerned).
